White Labeling
White labeling replaces the header logo, the splash screen and the badge on exported images with your own. Set it up once in The Ultimate Piano and it applies to your copy of the app — so every clip you record, every stream you go live with and every diagram you hand out carries your channel instead of ours.
White-labeling means rebranding a product so it carries your identity instead of the vendor's. In The Ultimate Piano, white labeling covers 4 features you can rebrand: the header logo, the header text, the loading splash screen, and the badge on exported images.

White Labeling & Logo Customization
White labeling starts with logo customization in the header. Upload your own logo under Settings → Branding to replace the default mark; the header renders it at a 24px height, so a horizontal logo with a transparent background reads best.
- Recommended height: 24px, matching the header rendering size
- Formats: PNG, JPG, SVG, or WebP
- Transparent backgrounds integrate cleanly with any header color
Your uploaded logo is stored with your account, so it appears on every device where you sign in.
Logo Customization for the Splash Screen
Logo customization also covers the splash screen — the loading view shown while the app initializes. The splash screen is on by default (splashEnabled: true) and you can swap in your own splash logo under Settings → Branding → Splash Screen.
- Recommended width: 200px, PNG or SVG
- Ideal for channel logos, artist branding, or a teacher's own mark
- Toggle the splash screen off entirely if you prefer an instant load
Header Branding Text
Customize the text beside your logo in the header. The default header text reads "ULTIMATE PIANO"; replace it with your own brand name, or leave it empty for a cleaner logo-only header.
Custom Piano Branding on Captured Images
Custom piano branding extends to every image you export from the Capture tool. By default 1 badge reading "made with the-ultimate-piano.com" sits in the bottom-right corner of each capture (captureBranding is true by default).
Under Settings → Branding → Capture Branding, you can:
- Toggle the badge on or off
- Replace the badge text with your own channel, website, or brand name
Leave the badge text empty to fall back to the default "made with the-ultimate-piano.com" wording. Captures export as PNG, JPG, or WebP at up to 4x scale, so your branded diagrams stay sharp at any size.
Custom Piano Branding for Embeds & Streaming
Custom piano branding pairs well with a transparent background for embeds. Enable Transparent Background in Display Settings so your website's background shows through and the piano blends into your design.
- Streamers – Your channel name sits on the keyboard throughout every live session, instead of ours
- Tutorial Makers – Videos and screen recordings carry your branding from the first frame
- Course Creators & Teachers – Screen-share your own copy in a lesson, and hand out diagrams that carry your name rather than ours
- Digital Classrooms – Keep a consistent, on-brand learning environment
Your audience sees only your branding, while every feature stays powered by The Ultimate Piano.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does white labeling remove The Ultimate Piano branding completely?
Yes. White labeling replaces the header logo, header text, splash screen, and capture badge with your own. You can also disable the capture badge entirely for completely unbranded keyboard diagrams.
What image formats and sizes work for logo customization?
4 formats work for logo customization: PNG, JPG, SVG, and WebP. The header logo renders at 24px height, and the splash logo works best around 200px wide. Transparent PNG or SVG backgrounds integrate most cleanly with your design.
Can I change the capture badge as part of custom piano branding?
Yes. Custom piano branding lets you toggle the capture badge on or off and replace its default "made with the-ultimate-piano.com" text with your own. The badge is on by default and sits in the bottom-right corner of each exported image.
Where do I set up white labeling?
4 brandable elements sit in Settings → Branding: the header logo, the header text, the splash screen logo, and the capture badge. Each one can be replaced or switched off independently.
