Your account exists so your practice is not tied to one computer. Sign in anywhere and The Ultimate Piano restores the keyboard setup you got right once, with everything you saved to your cloud library still there where you left it. The account is created for you when you purchase a license; there is nothing to register beforehand.

Your account is securely managed through Supabase — an open-source authentication platform with enterprise-grade security.

How You Get an Account

Accounts are not created manually. You receive an account when you complete a Premium purchase:

1. Visit the Pricing page and complete checkout
2. An account is created automatically using the email address you used at checkout
3. You'll receive a welcome email with a link to set your password
4. Click the link, choose a password, and you're signed in

If you didn't receive the welcome email, see Setting Your Password Later below.

Setting Your Password Later

If the welcome email is missing or expired, set your password using the password reset flow:

1. Open The Ultimate Piano
2. Click Login to open the auth dialog
3. Click Forgot password?
4. Enter the email address you used at checkout
5. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the reset link
6. Click the link and create a password

The reset link expires after 24 hours. You can request a new one any time.

Logging In

1. Open The Ultimate Piano
2. Enter your email and password
3. Click Login

Your settings will load automatically from the cloud and Premium features are unlocked immediately.

Click your profile icon in the header to access:

Password Reset

If you forgot your password, follow the same flow described in Setting Your Password Later — click Login → Forgot password?, enter your email, and use the reset link to create a new password. Reset links expire after 24 hours.

Email Change

To change your email address, contact support. Email changes require verification of both the old and new addresses.

Session Management

• Your session stays active for 7 days
• After 7 days of inactivity, you'll need to log in again
• Logging in on a new device doesn't log you out of other devices

Privacy

Your account data includes:

• Email address
• Encrypted password
• Settings preferences
• Subscription status

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need an account to use The Ultimate Piano?

No. The app works without an account — just open it and play. Accounts are created automatically when you purchase a Premium license and unlock advanced features plus cloud settings sync.

I purchased a license but cannot log in. What now?

Your account was created automatically using the email address you provided at checkout. Open The Ultimate Piano, click Login, then Forgot Password, and enter that email address. You will receive a link to set your password and log in.

How do I reset my password?

Click Login, then Forgot Password. Enter your email, check your inbox for the reset link, and create a new password. The link expires after 24 hours.

Can I use multiple devices with one account?

Yes. Log in on any of your devices with the same account and your settings sync automatically. Logging in on a new device does not log you out of other devices.
