License & Pricing
The Ultimate Piano has two plans with the same content: a monthly subscription or a one-time license. Both give you the whole app, and your account is created for you at checkout — there is nothing to register beforehand.

Both plans include everything in the app, for as long as your plan is active:

The Two Plans
The app itself is the same in both plans — only the way you pay differs.
How to Buy
On the website:
1. Open the Pricing page
2. Click Subscribe Monthly or Buy Now — $39
3. Complete the payment in the secure Paddle checkout
In the app: click the person icon in the header and, under No account yet?, click Get Premium. The window shows both plans — Buy now for the one-time license, or subscribe monthly for the subscription — and opens the same checkout.
Your access starts right after payment. Your account is created with the email address you entered at checkout, and you receive an email with a link to set your password — see Account for signing in and for what to do if that email doesn't arrive.
Managing Your License
Open Settings → License in the app (or click the person icon → Account Settings). There you see your current plan, and Manage License opens the Paddle customer portal in a new tab. In the portal you can see your payments, download invoices, update your payment method and cancel a monthly subscription.
Payment & Billing
- Payments are processed by Paddle, which also handles sales tax and VAT
- You can pay by credit card, debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and more, depending on your region
- You receive a receipt by email for every payment
Refunds
Both plans come with a 14-day money-back guarantee: if The Ultimate Piano is not the right fit, you get a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no reason required. To request it, use the Support link at the top of the Settings window.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between the monthly subscription and the one-time license?
Only the way you pay. The monthly subscription costs $4.99 per month and includes priority support and updates while you are subscribed. The one-time license costs $39 once, with no recurring charges, and includes 1 year of updates and support. The app is the same in both plans.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Settings, go to the License tab and click Manage License. This opens the Paddle customer portal, where you can cancel your monthly subscription, see your payments and download invoices.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. Both plans come with a 14-day money-back guarantee — if the app is not the right fit, you get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no reason required.
